Custom Orders

All custom orders must be submitted using one of the methods below:

via the website's Contact Form
via email to withlovecatandtheia@gmail.com
via direct message on Facebook Messenger (WithLoveCatAndTheia)
via direct message on Instagram (withlovecatandtheia)

Please submit orders no later than 8pm EST five days before you need them. This ensures quality bake time and special ingredient purchasing if needed. Orders placed in four days or less are considered rush orders and may be charged an additional 20% fee to meet the required schedule.

PICK UP

Pick up location is inside ChefSuite at 4711 W Broad St Richmond, VA 23230 at the agreed upon date and time. All information will be detailed in your invoice and a reminder message and/or email will be sent prior to the designated pick up time.

DELIVERY

Delivery may be available for an additional fee of $1 per mile. Please inquire in your order if delivery is preferred or required.


PAYMENT

Please note that orders are not confirmed until an invoice is sent and full payment is made via one of the payment methods detailed in the invoice.
